My first money match is on Sunday

A guy from the states who plays Melee competitively will be in town and he's attending one of our bi-weeklies. Since I'm the only one with the balls to take up on his offer, I'm gonna make my first Melee and Money match a big one. I'm gonna kick USA's ass, get Melee vids and make money all in one night.

I lost 3-1. I won the first Marth ditto, then he proceeded to three stock me twice. I loosened up in friendlies after, but I still won maybe 2 of 10? Got boned



It's fucking sick how much depth this game has. He's a mediocre player who kicked my ass. This game is too much

I actually did terrible in the money match itself. Just spammed smashes like a scrub.

He's played the game for 4 years competitively, compared to my...2 months. In the matches after though, I started to do better. I got a few 0-death combos, one was recorded I think. But I only won like, 3 matches, as I said.

Vids will be mediocre

Aaaaand, I'd say I'm the best, I'm the only one who won a game off of him. I don't wanna be cocky though. I was mainly going off brawl skill, which frankly, is pathetic. LMAO
