translation: ran 6 miles today. one of them was a 5:40, which I led. right after the 5:40 mile, we ran up a massive hill, which caused me to, instead of continuing to lead and drop everyone, I instead fell back behind our top 2 runners.

I was doing fine till a massive hill that caused me to go from averaging 6:20 a mile for 9miles to 7:00 a mile >_<

First day of real practice today.

Running doesn't matter, but there IS a new girl on the team... will update when I get back. >_>
