Bio: Ephraim never had much of a place to go while he was younger. Born into a family of unknown origin, he was cast out of his village before it was destroyed by some waging war between two nations. Throughout most of his childhood, he barely stayed alive in the wilderness while also fleeing from various armies who, if they saw him, would most likely try and kill him due to an unknown identity. His clan, although he didn't realize it until he was in his twenties, was one who were gifted with rather extraordinary powers. With this power, which naturally had much energy in it at all times, kept his skin youthful and his body full of life. Not much was recorded of him since he stayed in mountainous areas, hiding from the world for decades. Now in his 80's, he looks as if he were a teenager around the age of 16-17, bitter about his past, and disregarding human life due to the way he was treated.

Equipment:
Argatho's Tunic plate and Shin guards: Some items he was able to forge from the wreckage of his past village. Adds +2 Defense

Lightning Garb: A garb that Ephraim created himself out of pure electricity. Enables him to move with great speed. +1 speed

Abilities:
Ephraim was gifted with the power of lightning. Through his veins runs electricity and his body, over time, as become able to withstand it's power. A closer look at his arms, however, and you can see the burnt and decayed skin that is his flesh. After much use of his powers, it tore his arms skin apart, as those were his primary points of using his skills. It hasn't made him weaker, he just needs to be careful as skin is easily chipped away and excessive bleeding happens quite easily.

Lightning orb: Ephraim creates orbs of lightning that go around his fists giving him a bigger edge in physical combat Attack: 15
Drawback: This lasts for 10 minutes and needs a cool down time of 5 minutes

Lightspeed: A skill that boosts Ephraim's speed almost double. It last for awhile, but the cool down leaves his body utterly useless. He has 2 minutes before his system completely shuts down. Speed: 30

Various lightning attacks: Ephraim can manipulate lightning and send them in a fury. Although one bolt might not hurt much, constant attacks make the foe weary.

Kewl, he has spiky blonde hair. :O

yes, a max of +3 to stats with items, for non-staff...

I said something about the garment. Actually I think Snike was the one that even gave me the idea. HE even looked at it and only complained about the lightning ability power, which I fixed and he was fine with it all

lol, although I was gonna just drop it anyway, that says weapons nothing to do with armor

if you'd look at everyone else's character, you'd notice that the +3 limit goes for equipment as well >_>

I actually heard that name from one of my uncles and I really liked the name.

To be honest, I've never really played a fire emblem so I wouldn't know

I can lower the garment to +3 if you guys still are gonna complain

All of your equipment combined can only give you up to 3 additional stats.

So that's it? ok
